Kyle is the founder and operating director of Forestwerx. Kyle is a native to the mountains of Evergreen Co and first learned to fell trees as a teenager working on his parents horse property. He founded Timberline Sawyers LLC, Forestwerx parent entity, in 2020 after neighbors sought his assistance with a fire mitigation project. Word quickly spread about the service Timberline Sawyers was providing and the company was soon servicing large contracts across the font range. Kyle has a BS in ecology from CU Boulder and has 12 years of professional emergency services experience, with 8 years as a career urban interface firefighter, and 3 in executive fire service management. Kyle is the founder of several other successful business in the Evergreen Co area and continues to support these ventures as an investor and advisor. Kyle resides in the Bergen Park area of Evergreen with his wife and two young boys.
